Rowan leads the product vision and strategy across Dynamic Planner’s offerings, ensuring they deliver meaningful impact to financial advice firms and the clients they serve. Her role is pivotal in shaping how people access the financial help, guidance, and advice they need to fund the lives they want, with a particular focus on innovation, user experience, capacity, and long-term value. Rowan is a member of Dynamic Planner’s Senior Leadership Team, the EMT, and sits on the Board.

She joined Dynamic Planner from Confused.com, where she held senior roles including Product Director and Head of Personal Finance. Previously she was at Admiral Car Insurance, where as Head of Product she was part of the Senior Management Team behind the creation and launch of Veygo temporary car insurance and learner driver insurance product.

Rowan is an inspirational leader, named on the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist three times. She is known for building collaborative, empowered teams and fostering cultures that balance professionalism with approachability. Rowan champions doing what is right over what is easy and is deeply committed to stakeholder engagement and ethical leadership.

Beyond her role at Dynamic Planner, Rowan is an experienced Board member and actively supports the charity and arts sectors through fundraising, advocacy for arts in education, and driving sustainability and efficiency for not-for-profit organisations.
