Tom is currently chairing the Trailblazer Group to revise the apprenticeship standards in Financial Advice and Paraplanning in England and he is Chair of the New Talent Alliance, which was created earlier this year under the umbrella of the Consumer Duty Alliance, and which aims to help attract, recruit, train and retain new talent, by collaborating with all stakeholders across the financial advice sector.
