Panel discussion

The debates around AI are complex. Social, ethical and scientific issues range anywhere from ‘AI could kill us all’ to ‘AI could help us all’. AI and other large language models are practical, out there and available to use now. For advisers, they have the potential to free up time from chores like report writing, API creating, and minute-taking – and they can even do it better than most humans, with a lot less effort.

This gives advisers more time to spend on the human side of financial planning and allows them to serve more clients improving productivity. AI can also source clean data from reliable sources, to help with asset allocation and cashflow modelling. This panel will discuss the practical applications of this much-talked-about technology, and how advisers are using it to help take the heavy lifting out of the advice process.
