Advice businesses already face big challenges around price and value, and regulatory focus on client outcomes isn’t going away anytime soon. Technology has an important part to play in helping make advisers more productive, creating higher profits for firms and improving client experience.
At MMI London we were joined by a host of creators, innovators and practitioners from inside and outside the profession to examine the opportunity technology creates for advice firms, as well as some potential risks. Alongside this, there were focused sessions on the impact of tax changes on decumulation and estate planning strategies, platform evolution, consolidation and business integration challenges, and much more.
