Cathi Harrison is the CEO of The Verve Group, a national outsourced provider of support services to financial advice firms. She has successfully built a 50+ strong team of qualified and skilled paraplanners, regulation experts and trainers to deliver award-winning services that support advisers to grow and thrive whatever their business challenge. In 2023, a passionate innovator and pioneer for positive disruption, Cathi and her team launched Dextera - a new business operations dashboard to support firms with the running of a business.

Cathi has been in financial services since leaving university and holds both the Chartered and Certified Financial Planner status as well as being a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and formerly a Non-Executive Director of the PFS.

Cathi spends her time driving forward the strategy for The Verve Group, as well as it’s not-for-profit counterpart, The Verve Foundation. A true entrepreneur, she has a passion for disruption, championing female leadership, as well as the development of a more diverse and vibrant financial services.
