His career has seen him spend over 25 years working with some of the leading consumer brands such as TUI, Ladbrokes, STA, Coral and Thomas Cook, understanding many aspects of consumer behaviour and why some organisations get it right. He is also a keen user of innovative and emerging technologies, applying these to enable better client outcomes.

In his personal life, Andy is a keen golfer and scuba diver. As a proud Yorkshireman who brings humour, passion and a down-to-earth relatable persona to business, his talks always connect with audiences from all walks of life.
