Victoria Hicks is the CEO of Melo and has spent over 20 years in the financial planning profession, beginning her career as a Chartered Financial Planner before moving into Mergers and Acquisitions. Having been involved in over 100 exits, Victoria has deep, practical insight into succession planning, consolidation, operating models and what truly drives long-term value. Victoria is passionate about the profession, and the role that effective succession and exit planning has in maintaining consumer trust long term. Outside of Melo, she sits on the steering committee for The Succession Alliance, and is driven to educate the market on the benefits of planning early, creating optionality for owners and stability for staff and clients.
