Throughout his career he has worked closely with pension providers, master trusts, advisers and fintech firms to modernise customer journeys, improve operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes for consumers.

As a practising financial adviser, John brings a blend of commercial, regulatory and market insight, with extensive experience of pension transfer and administration processes from both adviser and provider perspectives. John joined Origo to help drive the next phase of digital pension automation and transfer capabilities across the UK market, further streamlining and digitising transfer processes to improve experiences for both providers and consumers.
