Sam Christopher is Affluent Proposition Director at Quilter, leading the development and delivery of the firm's platform, investment and advice proposition. Working closely with advisers, industry stakeholders and internal teams, she is responsible for ensuring Quilter's proposition evolves to meet the changing needs of advisers and their clients.

With more than 20 years' experience across the platform, wealth management and financial advice sectors, Sam has held a number of senior proposition and platform leadership roles. Before joining Quilter in December 2025, she was Head of Platform at 7IM, where she oversaw platform services, customer experience and proposition development.

Prior to this, she held senior positions at Fidelity International, M&G and Aegon building extensive expertise in platform strategy, adviser technology and proposition innovation.
